Currently Enrolled or Transfer Student Applicants
The Juanita and Ralph Harvey School of Visual Arts awards scholarships each year to outstanding full time Art Majors. These scholarship amounts vary but do not exceed $4000 for the academic year. They are awarded and retained based on the recipient’s performance, overall attitude, leadership qualities, G.P.A. and potential as a professional artist, and a review of their portfolio. Recipients must be enrolled in at least twelve (12) hours each semester, unless student is a graduating senior or student teaching. The amount of the scholarship is deducted from tuition and fees at the time of registration. Applicants should also be aware that the amount of money available for scholarships each year may vary according to the total funds earned by the scholarship endowment. All scholarships are awarded for one school year only; therefore you must reapply for consideration for the next year. Please comply with the following guidelines for the submission of your portfolio.
